Where do I even begin with these two! First of all, these are not models (even though they totally could be), and secondly, they truly are this ridiculously smitten about one another after all this time together!
Brooke has been following our Instagram & other social pages for possibly the past 5 years!! She has liked everyone of our photos, told me she couldn’t wait to use us in the future, and look, here we are now she has kept to her word!!! There is no greater feeling than being able to work with someone who not only is genuinely in love with one another, but also wholeheartedly loves your work! Even during their wedding consultation, she voiced her admiration for our wedding photos! Me, being the awkward person when it comes to taking compliments, smiles back at her with pink cheeks as my heart is exploding & nods with thanks! I was SO ecstatic when she booked us even before her wedding venue because she had loved our work, that much, and didn’t want the date to be taken by another bride! Not only did she express all of this, but Billy even did too (so rare)!
….Now- back to the lovely couple-
Brooke & Billy are very easy going, charming, funny & know how to have a good time! They love each other with such depth, you can feel it in these images. Billy can really get Brooke laughing & she gets him going just as much so as he does to her. Love when couples share the same kind of humor! It was such a fun evening strolling around Corktown & even stopping over to Mercury Burger to capture their Detroit engagement photos! We ended the night with heading over to Belle Isle for some dreamy sunset photos.
I am so grateful & blessed that they chose me to work with them & I cannot wait to capture their big day soon!! =)

I cannot imagine our special day without her. From the moment I inquired back in August of 2020, to our wedding day October 2021, Kate was with us every step of the way. We were so lucky to have Katelynn as our photographer! She was truly amazing to work with! We found Katelynn through a friend who had previously booked her for her wedding. Wedding photos were really important to me and I wanted memories that we could cherish for the rest of our lives. After seeing her work, we knew that we wanted her to capture our wedding day! She made coordinating locations and poses stress free. We had a large bridal party and were a little worried about pictures being chaotic, but Katelynn was so patient with everyone and made it look like a breeze!
