Karly & Keith’s Rochester Hills Engagement photos were just beautiful! It all started with a clear sunny sky, and then all of a sudden, on our drive into Rochester Hills, it started to rain! Gahh. Definitely was thinking- ‘You have got to be joking, where did this come from?” Thankfully I always come prepared, but God-willing, we did not need my umbrella & that little rain cloud keep on rolling! Phewww!
We strolled around downtown Rochester Hills capturing their love for one another. Karly wore some to-die-for burgundy leather leggings that I still am obsessed with (still) & a flowy cardigan dress, that I also adored! Keith complemented her in a navy blue button down & looked very dapper. Karly & Keith were a little nervous to be in front of the camera, just like most of us, but as you will see through their photos, they rocked it!
We ended their session at Rochester Hills Park down the street for beautiful fall colors & some fun with their adorable dog! Dogs at an engagement shoot are just my bread & butter, especially German Shepherds!! Eeek! I am biased because my furbaby is a german shepherd as well, but still, their german was super cute & rocked her close ups! 😉
I cannot believe we are capturing their wedding this month! Seems like it was just yesterday Karly showed me her stunning engagement ring & Keith told me all about their romantic proposal! I am beyond excited for them to become husband & wife & honored to be capturing this day! =)

I cannot imagine our special day without her. From the moment I inquired back in August of 2020, to our wedding day October 2021, Kate was with us every step of the way. We were so lucky to have Katelynn as our photographer! She was truly amazing to work with! We found Katelynn through a friend who had previously booked her for her wedding. Wedding photos were really important to me and I wanted memories that we could cherish for the rest of our lives. After seeing her work, we knew that we wanted her to capture our wedding day!
