Oh my stinking heart- Give me more of the genuine, kind hearted, divinely in love souls such as these two! From Nicole’s first inquiry, before she had even booked her venue, requesting to book us for her wedding, I was smitten for these two! There’s no greater joy for a photographer to work with not only sincerely gracious couples, but one who admire your work & all you do. Nicole stated “I have followed you for forever” in her inquiry, and Tony told me she was talking about us being apart of their day from the beginning. NOW THAT, that’s what us photographers live for!! We might not be everyones cup-of-tea, that’s totally okay, but to the ones we are, I hope I make it be ever so magical for you as you have made us feel. I always treat all out clients the same, but there’s always a brighter glimmer of sparkle for the souls such as these! I am beyond blessed to have clients like this, and pray God never stops bringing them to me!!
Any-who! Nicole & Tony’s Detroit engagement photos were shot on a super blustering day! We were happy that the large Detroit buildings did hold back a lot of those fierce blows, but if you know me, I love wind in the hair. Give something emotion that usually doesn’t have any in photos. They were troopers during their Detroit engagement photo shoot, and such champs with every gust of wind. As you can see, they’re fiercely smoking with that chemistry, and also know how to let loose with some serious giggles & good times. They both are had me laughing the entire time, especially when it got SUPER windy during their Belle Isle engagement pictures. But let’s be real, I was obsessed the most with those super windy pics! So romantic, and fun! Hope you enjoy their city engagement photos as much as I did! Cannot wait for their wedding this Fall!

I cannot imagine our special day without her. From the moment I inquired back in August of 2020, to our wedding day October 2021, Kate was with us every step of the way. She was amazing at communicating, answering my (many) questions, and making us feel so comfortable in front of the camera! Throughout this process, she\ became a great friend as well. We were so lucky to have Katelynn as our photographer! She was truly amazing to work with! We found Katelynn through a friend who had previously booked her for her wedding. Wedding photos were really important to me and I wanted memories that we could cherish for the rest of our lives. After seeing her work, we knew that we wanted her to capture our wedding day! She made coordinating locations and poses stress free.
